Watched an amazing documentary last night about the blues influences on Led Zeppelin. Wonderful music but - HOLY DOODLE - soooo many old, white Brit codgers were interviewed as "blues historians". Why are there no American blues historians? Or better yet, African American blues historians?

I've had a rough two weeks. While, thankfully, things seem to be turning around, I still feel a little bruised around the edges. umadoshi posted a link to a 3 minute video of Corgi puppies playing, and it smoothed out some of the rough bits so well that I thought I'd pass it along too :) We all oughta take some time to play with puppies...
